We want you to love what you buy from RavenFrost Studios. This page explains when refunds, returns, or replacements apply.
Physical merchandise (Printful fulfillment)
- Made-to-order: Items are produced on demand.
- Damaged/defective/incorrect: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we will replace or refund.
- Sizing/changed mind: Because items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for size or preference.
- Address issues: If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, re-ship fees may apply.
Digital content (e.g., downloads)
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you have trouble accessing your content, contact us and we will help.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email hello@ravenfroststudios.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our processor's timelines.
